Amy Nelson of Home Transformations Staging & ReDesign understands the pressures on sellers regarding showings, offers, and price reductions.  She has sold three houses, two of which were done while occupying the homes as a single mother with children between the ages of 1 and 15, including one while preparing to move across the country.

Amy started Home Transformations Staging & ReDesign in 2020 to increase the appeal of every house on the market, and has been working with realtors, homeowners and investors to “level-up” home designs ever since.  A resourceful creative at heart, in her younger years she travelled while working, just for the unusual experiences, and recently retired from 33 years in education.

Her life experiences have combined to make her resourceful and practical as well as creative with a sense of humor; all things that are needed when staging to sell your house, or designing rooms that you want to be in at home!

She brings her creativity into her staging designs, and has won a number of awards for her staging work. Her transformative designs encompass balance, thrift, beauty and cohesion that work together to highlight the features of every room.

Amy has Home Staging and Redesign training and certification through Audra Slinkey, founder of the intensive and accredited Home Staging Resource program, as well as being a certified "Color Strategiest" through Lori Sawaya's color-science-based Camp Chroma training program.
