Our staging packages are CUSTOM planned and designed with buyers in mind. EVERY house will look different and be styled according to the layout, colors, unique features, floor plan and overall feel of the house itself.
We highlight its features by using on-trend furnishings,
accessories and art to make potential buyers fall in love with every room!
Pricing on this page reflects a 45-day agreement, and includes all:
the design plan, sourcing, packing, delivery and install, and destaging.
NOTE: Package prices are approximate as ALL houses are different. Your quote will vary depending on a multitude of factors, but this will give you a standard idea. Note that the minimum pricing for vacant staging is $1500.

"Key Rooms"
Vacant Staging Package
This package is best for medium-sized rooms in an under-2000 sq. ft. house. These are the "key rooms" that the National Association of Realtors' studies have shown that most buyers want to see staged. In order to stage other spaces that may be adjoining these main rooms, our add-on room options give you lots of flexibility!

This package is best for larger houses >2000 sq. ft. with medium to large sized rooms. This one doesn't leave anything to chance, making sure your staging investment goes a loooooong way towards filling your house with beautiful spaces that buyers will love!

We own, store, care for, deliver, install and pickup not only the furniture, but also rugs, artwork, bedding and accessories; everything needed to create the look that will attract more buyers to your house and increase its perceived and actual value.
