Our staging packages are CUSTOM planned and designed with buyers in mind. EVERY house will look different and be styled according to the layout, colors, unique features, floor plan and overall feel of the house itself.
We highlight its features by using on-trend furnishings,
accessories and art to make potential buyers fall in love with every room!
Pricing on this page reflects a 45-day agreement, and includes all:
the design plan, sourcing, packing, delivery and install, and destaging.
NOTE: Package prices are approximate as ALL houses are different. Your quote will vary depending on a multitude of factors, but this will give you a standard idea.

" Vacant Assessment -Proposal"
Vacant Staging
$75, credited back if you use our proposed staging services
(Travel added in if needed.)
Most vacant houses require an in-person visitation for an assessment of rooms to stage for the biggest impact, determination of various options to include, and then the writing of the proposal.
Proposals include rooms to stage (usually with a few options), pricing and what is included in the staging investments. They are for serious sellers /agents and will provide you with a complete understanding of the best way to approach the staging of your house.
We can provide a "ball-park" range before the in-person assessment to make sure your budget fits within some options.
"Key Rooms"
Vacant Staging Package
This package is best for medium-sized rooms in an under-2000 sq. ft. house. These are the "key rooms" that the National Association of Realtors' studies have shown that most buyers want to see staged. In order to stage other spaces that may be adjoining these main rooms, our add-on room options give you lots of flexibility!

Vacant Staging Package
This package is best for larger houses >2000 sq. ft. with medium to large sized rooms. This one doesn't leave anything to chance, making sure your staging investment goes a loooooong way towards filling your house with beautiful spaces that buyers will love!

" Update Consultation"
Vacant Staging
Starting at $200, depending on house size etc
Our focus in this consultation is to provide a fantastic option for vacants that will or won't be staged later. It can be a stand-along and doesn't have to follow with vacant staging!
We can choose paint colors (1 color included), flooring, and updates that will make a HUGE difference in how the house is presented to the market.
Sometimes sellers have limited budgets or for some reason only want to get the most cost-effective updates done, then list it. Either way, taking the time to do this will add tremendous value to your house, making it more like the "move-in-ready" house buyers want.
